Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By bringing your timepiece to Tik Toks & Baskets for repair or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide repair services for clocks and watches under the conditions outlined below.

Estimates and Approval

We provide written estimates for all repair work. No work will begin without your written or verbal approval. If during repair we discover additional issues, we will contact you before proceeding with any extra work.

Warranty

All repair work is warranted for 90 days on labor and 1 year on parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of service. Times may vary based on parts availability and complexity of repair. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For extensive repairs, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Unclaimed Items

Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposing of any items.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair services provided. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of value of timepieces beyond repair costs.
