Turnaround time depends on the type of repair. Simple battery replacements take 15-30 minutes while you wait. Basic clock repairs typically take 5-7 business days. Complete movement overhauls or full restorations can take 2-4 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline when we provide your estimate.
Absolutely! We provide free written estimates for all repair work. We'll thoroughly examine your timepiece, identify the issues, and give you a detailed quote with no obligation. There may be a small diagnostic fee for complex repairs, but this is waived if you proceed with the repair.

Yes! All repairs come with our warranty. We offer a 90-day warranty on labor and a 1-year warranty on parts. If something goes wrong due to our workmanship, bring it back and we'll fix it at no additional cost. Warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, or normal wear.
Yes, we specialize in antique clock restoration. We've restored clocks from the 1800s through the mid-1900s, including grandfather clocks, mantel clocks, wall clocks, and carriage clocks. We source authentic period-correct parts whenever possible and can also handle case refinishing.
Sometimes we discover additional issues once we begin disassembly. In these cases, we'll stop work immediately and contact you before proceeding. We'll explain what we found and provide a revised estimate. We never proceed with extra work without your approval.
No appointment needed for initial estimates or battery replacements - just walk in during business hours. For major repairs or if you want to ensure a technician is available, calling ahead is always appreciated but not required.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For large repairs, we may require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion.
For mechanical watches, we recommend service every 5-7 years. Quartz watches can typically go 7-10 years between services. Grandfather clocks should be serviced every 7-10 years, while mantel and wall clocks benefit from service every 5-7 years. Regular service prevents wear and extends the life of your timepiece.
